Electronics Laboratory

  • Electronics lab is well equipped with the latest signal generators, oscilloscopes, measuring instruments and the simulation software.
  • The labs are kept open after the college hours to enable the students to engage themselves in designing /testing the circuits in their leisure hours.
  • Students are grouped into small teams and guided to do their mini projects by using the facility. The electronics lab covers all the experiments prescribed in Anna University/A.I.C.T.E. Curriculum and supports all research activities.

  • The Digital and Linear Integrated Circuits Lab is well equipped with the latest signal generators, oscilloscope, ICs, IC Trainer kit, IC Tester and the Simulation software.
  • The Lab is kept open after the college hours to enable the students to work on their projects. The student’s peer group is formed and they are guided by the faculty in their mini projects to innovate new ideas.

Networking and Simulation Laboratory

  • Networking & Simulation Laboratory motivates the students to study and analyze the conceptual and behavioral aspects of wired and wireless networks.
  • It also includes Self Organized Networks including the technologies such as sensor networks, Ad-hoc N/W, Wi-Fi N/W and Vehicular Ad-hoc N/W. Network lab also motivates the students in layer by layer analysis and design of high speed network for wired and wireless applications.
  • The laboratory provides hands-on experience to students in the field of analog and digital circuit design to conduct world class research.
  • The laboratory is designed to expose the students to a set of tools for CMOS design, starting with SPICE circuit simulation and leading to physical layout, design rule checking, and extracted circuit simulation.
  • Students gain knowledge in using EDA tools to design, simulate, and verify schematics and layout of logic gates. It also serves to facilitate design and implementation of digital design on FPGA.
